The WooGallery plugin allows you to add and display separate videos for each product variation. From the Edit product page go to the product variations and click on the variation images. It will open a popup with all the variation images. Select any of them and at the bottom of the right side options you will find the WooGallery Video Link field. Insert the video link and Update Gallery. This way you can have different videos for each variations.
